I was cleaning out the shop last night and low and behold.... i have another parts kit that i havent built yet.

so i wanna build it up for Mrs.Sceep. pink duracoat and all.

she shoots my other ones now and then but the recoil is a bit much for her.

who's gotta nice compensating stock for an ak, or the best ar stock conversion? would prefer it to be 6 pos. adjustable as well so that as the kids grow they can work into it.

Why not just rig up a rubber pad in place of the wonderful factory steel plate? I have to imagine that'd help a lot.

Wood stock? Stick a shotgun recoil reducing mercury tube in the cleaning compartment.

realy want a compensated buttstock.

The Romanians made a springy stock meant to help tame the bone crushing fury of the 7.62x39 cartridge, and there were some imported. I'll see if I can find any for sale.

Get one that works. If i can turn a 338 lapua into a 270win, you can turn the 7.62x39 into a 22lr.

Sound suppressors are about the most effective muzzle brake when it comes to reducing recoil, just sayin...

I have one on my dirty commie AK. It is hella short but suprisingly comfortable to shoot. My friend theorized it was made for child soldiers. Seems to soak up recoil a bit.

Does anyone know what size limbsaver would fit over the wood stock?... I dont know what springie thingie your talking about TRH since I bought a yugo but recoil soaking up from a limb saver might do the trick

The one I have has springs under the butt and about 1/2" of compression.
