I hav searched alot this topic but i just want some more advice. I hav a 74 chevy 3/4ton, disc/disc factory calipers from fronts, 350 motor,350 tran,203 case, 44front,14rear, lockers, 4.11 gears, 36 tires, Type of wheeling i do is kinda up & down hills & trails thru the woods mud & some rocks but wish more
Its a buggy now. Im switchin to manual breaks for several reasons. Iv been lookin at gettin wilwoods mastercylinder & pedal. What would be the best Master cyl for me. Iv been leaning towards either 7/8 or 1" bore/ 6:1 ratio. Those of u with simular setups as me whats workin good for a good price?

Why manual? Why not hydroboost or keep the power brakes?

99% keep the stock power setup for a reason, it works.

if you are have problems with losing brake because your motor shuts down , fix you carb.

if you switch the hydro boost you will gain alot of braking power.
