I am wanting to put Hydroboost in my K5 but I need help with few things since I have never messed with hydroboost before. First the details.

1986 K5 Blazer
14 Bolt FF Rear with Disk Brake Conversion
Dana 44 Front 3/4 ton setup

Here is where I run into trouble I have a AGR High Flow Power Steering Setup on the truck and I am not sure it will work with the Hydroboost setup. Will the Pump I have work or will I need to replace it with the system. And will the Steering be ok with the hydroboost pump system. The system I am looking at is off a 1986 C-30 with the 350.

What options do I have?

Call AGR? Ask them, they know all their own pump specs.

Im running hydroboost and hydro-assist with a unmodded stock hydroboost pump.

See if you can find out the pump flow rate. AGR makes a pump thats 3-3.5 gpm and also mods it for 4.5 gpm. The 4.5gpm is the one the suggest for hydro-assist & boost together. I use their 4.5 gpm unit and it works fine.

Thanks for the help they said the one I have should be fine. Now the hunt for the hydroboost and M/C begin.
