I'm considering converting my truck to a manual rack set up (78 bronco chassis), Has anyone done it? Looking for tips,tricks or advice to save any headache along the way. This is in a fast track mud racing truck so I think the manual will be fine. Has anyone done it and would you do it again?

I have only seen 2 done. switched to mustang manual rack and pinion. They sucked in my opinion. they were mud race only. To make a turn out bogging they would need 40 acres or 30 points. Fuckers wouldn't come play any more.....

:laughing: Thank's, I considered the turning radius would suffer if the stock rod locations were used, This one will take some more thought.

I found what I needed with a 2 hour search, There are actually some very smart members on this board, Flamming assholes but still smart, I'm fortunate I didn't post this in the suspension forum like the last few people did.
