Yes we can do 14 bolt and D60 as long as they are full floater shafts - our specialty is shafts with spline on each end. Plenty of great flanged rear axles and yoke style fronts available from other vendors. Warranty on all axles we manufacture.

Do you have any price ranges for some custom shafts? I'm going to need a set of extended IFS axles for a Tacoma that have splines on both ends. I don't know the spline count on it yet however I could send the stock shafts to you once it's apart.

i see you make cv's for gm ifs. how about for 8.8 ford ifs/9.75 irs from the expedition. i plan on using a set in a sammi snow buggy build and would like stronger and/or longer shafts. a 3.8 v-6 and 38"minimum tire size combined with lockers may overwhelm the stock shafts in spite of light rig weight. wider track would allow me to build more travel into suspension. watcha got?

Unless you want to run floaters, we are not setup to do flanged axles. We mainly specialize in the UNBREAKABLE CV Axles... but there are many good companies that specialize in rear axles. :)

I am interested in knowing additional information about the front 44 shafts. I have a standard GM 44 in the front of my buggy. 30 sp inners, 19 sp outers. I have had warn axles with CTMs in it since 2004, broke my first one (CTM) in 6 wheeling seasons, including competitions, this past weekend. I have looked at your website, am impressed. Tell me what you have for my axle.

Great question! Well if you were willing to put a JK Rubicon front axle in, you would be able to use our JK Rubicon CV Axle Set which will give you a 32 spline outer and a 30 spline inner! Or if you really move up, you could go with a Dana 60 front axle and use our Dana 60 CV Axle Set.

I am not willing to do anything other than change out the broke axle. So are you saying you have nothing for that app? Nothing in R&D? Willing to build a set etc?

We do have a set of our style cv joints in the R&D phase right now for the older D44 setups... but they are currently not available for purchase.... We will post when they are available for the older style Dana 44 setups.

I got a 71 bronco with a slightly warm 302 and 16 inch rims. I want to drop in a complete
bolt on rearend with disc breaks on account of the 37 y/o stock setups gears went south after my nephew dumped the clutch at about 50 into 1st gear.

do you have test results in comparison with alloy shafts and 300m ujoints? will just the stub shaft be replaceable aside from the c/v joint? We broke our first waggy r/f shaft 3 months ago at a local comp and haven't replaced them yet. Were saving up for alloys and I'm glad we didn't splurge as I'd like to see how these turn out :D.

We do not recommend anything larger than a 44" tyre. As for running water in tire, that will be covered under our warranty. The only exception is if you continually break the axles we will recommend that you upgrade to something larger.

Thanks! We are all about customer service here at RCV Performance. If there is a warranty issue (which there seldom is) it will be handled promptly! No waiting for months to get a warranty exchange.... It's one thing to say you have a lifetime warranty against breakage, but backing that up is something totally different! We back up our warranty!

Hey was wondering on a set of axles with Long field (toyota) 30 spline on one end to a detroit (ford) 31 spline on the other end. These would be aproximatly same length as a toyota inner set axles. I'm putting a 9inch center section in my toyota with my existing longfields. How much would that cost?

We talked before im building a widened ford dana 50 ttb for pro arena, im not sure if i should be looking at the dana 44 or 60. We have to run 30 spline into the housing and i will need a slip for the passenger side. What do think will the dana 44 hold up how much would it cost both ways with a slip?

I put a set of these in my '05 Rubicon recently, They Rock and RCV has Amazing Customer Service! It's so nice not to have to worry about U-Joints ever again! The installation was Simple and now I have a Bucket Full of Confidence while Going through the rough stuff, something that not even Chromoly axles could give me before. The price was a bit high, but with the Warranty I think that after I bit the bullet it was worth it!
