: Tie Rod End/Pitman Arm Questions

I re worked my front suspension and steering last weekend. But I need a few more minor modifications.
My old pitman arm is too short and drops too much now. I found another ptman arm that I am using but the tapered hole for the TRE is larger than my old one, so when I snug it down it sits to far onto the TRE to allow it to pivot all the way.
I am running Grand National style 3/4 chromolly TRE's from AFCO Racing(equivelant to an ES 150 R).
My question is, are there any 3/4" TRE's with a largere diameter mounting stud, and where could I find one? Im sure NAPA probably carries them, but I need a part number if possible.
Or where could I find a nearly straight pitman arm, about 6" long, to fit the standard Saginaw steering box and a 3/4 TRE.
Any help would be appreciated.

The arm for you lies under a late 70's camaro/firebird
The Chev astrovan also has a dead straight pitman arm
Both are around 6-6.5" long

I'm not sure about the tapers though.......

The Astro van pitman arm kicks arss. They are streight, heavy duty, and I think they use a small rod end.

If you don't find one up in roseville / rocklin, there are a butt load of junk yards in rancho cordova on sunrise south of highway 50.

I'd avoid sunrise blvd and US 50 if possible around rush hour or lunchtime cuz the overpass is all fubar'd up due to construction. take hazel south to folsom blvd west on Folsom blve, then south on sunrise.
