We were all beat. I had just made the trip to Oregon the day before. It took an extra day, but...
I got my springs outboarded and gained an extra 2" of WB.
Mike got his tow bar nearly wrapped up.
Joe put in or moved a cooler and shroud.
Mocha Mike brough his home brew. A few different batches. THEY WERE ALL POTENT! That's why we were all tired by three.

No fires. In fact, just the opposite. When I really had my buzz on, I sprayed water all over everyone. :D

Went down to Rubins today and welded his knuckles on his coil sprung frontend (he reworked it ). He'll be ready for the Con in September. Actualy I think his truck will be driveable by this weekend.

That's great. He sounded pretty discourraged last time he came over. Like his rig was in pieces!
It's easy to fall into that trap, when someone else can see its not far from done. Far too easy...
