I have an ORD 203/205 Doubler Complete. I did the 32 spline input on the 205, and I have the ORD twin stick. I was thinking of going to a STAK. what would my t-cases be worth if I sell them?

and I would be interested in it. Is it all new? I have seen them go from $800-1300.

I have ran it for a couple years, I just want to go lower in gearing. I am going to be at the Hammers in April, I could bring it with me. or maybe even for KOH too. I was thinking around $1200-$1500 but I guess $1500 is a little high.

its just that new it cost just over 2 grand plus shifters. Is it in good shape as far as shifting and everything? I am just about to swap a th4oo into my Jimmy and want a doubler but the new price is out of my range. I only live 100 miles from Boone so if we work something out, I could meet you. What tranny is it coming off of? Do you have a Dana60/14 bolt combo? Maybe I could buy your drive shafts too.

Not trying to hijack but, what do you suppose a 203 with the 3 to 1 gear in it is worth these days?

i dont know. I have financially looked at it from all ways. it seems the best to me to go STAK. I will get the 3 speeds I desire, I will get the front burn ability, 32 spline outputs. I just have the ability to make the big leap. if you were going to piece it together slowly, then the lomax or the 3:1 in the 203 might be worth it . especially if you can make your own adapters.

Just guestimating here, 205 case, complete with 32 spline input, @ 300.00 depending where you got it from, regular 205 case, having to swap the input, @ 300-350.00, 203 case, labor to disassemble and reconfigure, 200.00, new adapter, average 700.00, twin stick shifters, @ 200.00.

Now figuring just parts costs, and your labor to put it all together, I would say 1200.00 is a safe bet for a ready to install used doubler with everything. You shouldn't have a problem selling it for that. Note, I said used, there's no guarantee the condition till some one runs it in there rig, that's possibly the only thing hurting your resale value.

One more thing, I heard with the new administration and his green initiative there won't be a need for a doubler as he is essentially going to outlaw all off highway recreation,

You need to save your self the heart ache and trouble of dealing with the feds, and just send it to me I will dispose of it for you at no charge. :flipoff2:

I wouldn't pay more than about $750, after that it makes more sense to buy that JB 205. :D
