Have the Rubicon 4 1/2 in Superflex kit installed. the front coil springs are sitting different-
any ideas on why?
I have not set the alignment yet- that shouldn't play any part in it though.

How are are they sitting differently? What are you comparing them too? You can't tell anything from the pics (at least I can't). If I were to make a guess at this point I would say the control arms are not adjusted properly, thus rotating the axle. This would cause the coil buckets to be out of alignment. I would think this would also effect your caster so it probably would show up in a front end alignment.

You have the adjustable trackbar, so I assume you have everything centered up already... There's a little notch in the spring pad. Make sure you rotate the coils so the end of the wind fits right into the notch. The coils can rotate out of the notch on lots of droop situations when wheeling, and if they're not in the notch, they'll sit funny like that.... They'll usually stay put, but can rotate, so just check them now and then.

I have $20 (I'm lying :flipoff2: ) that says your coils aren't in the notch :D

looks like they tilt to one side slightly and one (drivers side) is compressed much more that the other side.

I'll check the notch but I think they are in. will double check.
