A buddy of mine just rebuilt his AW-4. He got it all buttoned up just fine, but it drives like it's low on pump pressure. He thinks maybe one of the check balls in the valve body is missing or in the wrong location.
Does anyone have a valve body diagram w/ check ball locations they can post/e-mail/fax to me? I'd be grateful, as our trip to Holy Cross this weekend gets nixed if he doesn't get this figured out.
Thanks,
Jeff P
Well J@ck@SS!! Since you are LAME and didn't provide your email address, and because you didn't fill out your f'in profile, YOU LOSE. Otherwise your inbox would have the whole f'in AW4 Manual in it in a matter of minutes, and you'd be on your way to your Unholy cross event! Too bad for you :rainbow: NEWBIE!

Thanks for the link to your pdf's BillaVista! We verified that all the check balls in the valve body are in the correct place. The problem turned out to be two seals on the main shaft that got pinched during reassembly.
