I'm lookin' to run the 'con late Sept. Will I have to worry about the weather? How cold could it be? How about snow? I haven't got a heater, and I rather not bring the hard top.

It'll be dry and hot as hell during the day. Definitely no need to worry about snow, probably won't even rain...

There is always a CHANCE for thunder showers, but not a real big threat ;)

You might want to wear orange. Deer season starts in that zone the 3rd Saturday in September.
