These are cool. I really wish they had a little diesel in them. If so, I'd be all over one.

Do you have any pictures of the interior?? Also any statistics on approximate fuel mileage and range on a tank of fuel? I checked the link but didn't see the pics I was looking for.
Thanks,
Matt

Rarely will have a rear locker. Not street legal in Ca. Axles and trans are small- similiar to a Samurai

One thing I did want to ask you 100Dollarman...
Have you got a source for wheels and tires for these things?
I know up here the local retailers have a bit of an issue finding decent DOT rated tires in 12" and 13" sizes.
Then the wheels with the correct bolt pattern are another obstacle...

We are not street legal here, so I have no need for DOT tires. We usually use the Carlisle All Trail tires. I use a wheel that I get from Japan that has all the bolt patterns built in. It is 12x5, basic alum spoke wheel.

Some have ac, but none of the trucks that I have in stock right now.

Yes- you HAVE to call them miniMOGs!!!:flipoff2:

Pathetic? The Japanese have been know for a little tech also.:p

I named them miniMOGs because I love UniMogs and these little trucks seem like their long lost mini "pathetic" baby cousins.

Thats not too bad. I've been looking at getting a 6x6 utv, but this thing is pretty sick. Do is it have ac and a heater? I really have no use for a heater since i live in south texas but ac would be nice. Are the tracks street legal? i would guess they have a slower speed rating? Also what kind of room are we talking about inside the cab, i'm 6'4" would i be able to fit comfortably in it or is it a pretty tight squeeze? And about how much for shipping do you think? Thanks for your help

Could you shoot me a quote for one of the Diahatsu models and also add tracks. I would be looking to get the mini-truck with tires on it and have the tracks that I could bolt on myself in the winter and for sand use.
Thanks,

Heater- no a/c. Street legal? I dont know. 6'4" would be tight. You could shop for the best shipping, but I would guess about $600.

Matt- The red miniMOG with tracks is for sale- $7500. That will come with stock wheels and tires- or we have new alum wheels with new 23" offroad tires (stock is 20") for about $600.

I got to say...they are really tough lil trucks. We had two in the plant I work in.....100 percent less maint. and never died. All controls in interior same as a Sammy and we beat em'. Never a clutch or tranny problem and they felt tight after 10 years use. The corp. then went to a lease vehicle deal and they got auctioned off.

The locals here run these things all day... seen some stacked twice as high as the roof with bushals of tomatoes and cabbage, even saw one pulling a plow in the middle of a field. Some have soft top canapies for the rear.

Wish I could get one with tracks out here... that would be a lot of fun!! Good luck on the sale! :grinpimp:

How much for a set of tracks for one?

How are they in cold weather (-20* - -40* air temps)?

I'm thinking one would be pretty sweet out here on the tundra instead of freezing my butt off on a snow machine.

...that's why his K25 is only getting hummer wheels, 37's, and a little lift :p

Not enough time in the days.

If anyone down in the states buys one, and comes up here, let me now, so we can go for a rip,

By the way.
