Bridgeville, Pa here (about 15min south of pittsburgh) theres a place I'm going to once my jeep is complete, I use to ride quads here and there were always a ton of jeeps and buggys, its in Wellsville, ohio (about an hour west of pittsbugh) its called 'Yellow Creek' Supose to be a big Jeep Place now with lots of rock crawl'n, Its so big you need a GPS to find your way out! and the best part it's all legal:D Come spring we'll all have to get together!

just curious, worked up there off and on for 6 months. The weather up there in the winter is awesome..

LOL! not to often you hear that. This winter started early and we almost broke the record for snowfall for the year. Most of the areas we ride (snowmobile) ride in have well over 200" so far.

nice.. two winters ago, I worked up in north east.. RT89 had 10-12ft piles of snow from the township clearing the road (and the extreme drifting by townline rd). It made it very hard to get to the telephone peds buried under 10ft of school....

live in Irwin have been to creek falls, wellsburgh,Johnstown,rausch creek,Bigdogs,rockrun ,all good places but would have to say Bigdogs in Va is the best so far ,next is Harland Ky and Teillco Tn for me.

heard petras's 5.3 finally took a shit in the hoe recently...missed the outting this year, i attended last years march 1st trip, ended up walking most of the trails, the walking sucked ass, but the wheelin and the people were a good time...hopefully ill have the zuk done by next years outting, or better yet, this summer...

I've got another sami that I cut up to squeeze on 31" its not to bad tows real easy though.

Rock Run is in Patton...the park entrance is only 10 minutes from the Sheetz in Carrolltown. First ride this weekend. Good stuff like this:

The nicest thing is you'll only be about an hour from 4WDH in that area.

Matt, have you been to the dirt days or rock run area's? How did you like them? I would like to make it to both places this some time this year.

I have been to Rock Run twice. Once to cut trails and another time to ride. RR does not have a lot available at this time since they are in the "trial" stage with OHV's. I (as well as everyone else who can) need to support this cause a little more so we can show the RR board that they can make a go of the wheeling area. This will get more ground opened to cut OHV trails. The rocks at RR on the other hand are pretty sweet. You'll definately be able to destroy the yukon shaft there....:D

BeaveRun is a great place too. There are trails of all levels there too. HRJA and the staff at BeaveRun just cut a bunch of new rock trails there too. They are sweet to say the least. I ran about half of the new trail the day I was there.

I am hoping that the yukon shafts will be replaced with something a little heavier within the next month. just got to find the time

Moving to Kittanning, PA. from Arizona in the spring. Great to see so many off road parks are starting up around the Pittsburgh area, that was going to be the hard part about moving away from AZ. Was going to sell my truggy before the move but now it's coming home with me. I'll be keeping up with the trails runs in the spring and will hopefully meet some of you guys then.
