You were asked for your order number, or date of purchase, or proof of purchase from an Authorized Dealer as the warranty is for the original purchaser only and is valid for 2 years from date of purchase. Our search of our records could not find any orders under your name, email address or phone number. You were asked for the installation data necessary to initiate a warranty claim. You indicated that you had none of this information, so we provided you with a list of possible causes and some recommendations you can try.

Please obtain the information necessary to establish if this is a warranty claim or not and we will process the request promptly. If you check out the possible causes we listed and use our re-install recommendation and you still have a problem get back to us. We will work with you to identify the problem and give you some additional recommendations.
