d44 2piston caliper swap question

Ok..I have a d44 with double piston calipers..problem arose after i got a hell of a deal on some wheels and tires..15" wheels dont work..they scrub..has anyone changed to a different caliper to make it work with 15" wheels..If so what.

I used wheels with 4.75 backspace and ground the caliper..took about 20min a side...

is this 5 or 8 lug?

I'm running '78 t-bird single pistons on my 5 lugs. uses the same pads too!:D

and like said above what's the BS? Zuk wheels will rub on the calipers.
