I got a code 45 today doing the ignition cycle with the check engine light flash. I drive about 30 mins to work and never had a problem. but at lunch i noticed the light came on. i was only driving 2 blocks at most so i didnt really get into all the gears. after work it wouldnt go into OD. i know the code is somthin 2 do with the trans here is says "Trans temperature/ Governor pressure voltage out of range. Less than 1.55 or above3.73volts for temperature and less than .1 or above 4.89 volts. Trans temp. to high or low.OD switch input too low for more than 5 mins." (http://www.scribd.com/doc/2959635/Jeep-1998-2002-ODBII-Codes) after reading some problems from other people replacing the OD solenoid solves the issue. I will ohm test the solenoid first before getting one. but what other issues could this be? and where can i get a solenoid?
