Nope, 5.13s aren't even enough gearing for 44's unless you have a boatload of hp/torque to make up for it. Even then they aren't the best choice unless you are limited by the selection of a d70.

This one is in the Chevy forum. I just don't know how he doesn't break tie rods driving on the street. 19 inches of lift, including the 3 inch body lift. 52 inch tires.
