was given an 84 f-250 explorer 4x4 from a buddy with a blown up 6.9L. Then I was paid for some work with an 80's f-250 2wd 7.5L from a neighbor. Any way this is what I have so far. 84 f-250 converted to straight axle 60 front 10.25 rear with factory 4.10 gears. Installed 6" skyjacker spring lift. I had the c-6 trans rebuilt and installed a 203/205 doubler. Engine has been rebuild and dynoed 475hp/515ft/lbs tourqe 5500 rpm tops. Havent decided final drive ratio or tire size yet thinking around the 40"ish range. Lets hear it flame away try to get pics if i can get ahold of a dig camera.

That's not too much different from what I'm running, other than lift and the trans/tcase.
Mine is an 82 F100 cab on a shortened 86 F250 ex cab chassis, the 460 is the factory engine for the chassis in my case....

My junk:

Tires are 38.5's, the truck has half of a 3" BL installed, the bed is getting replaced, and which bed I decide to use dedicates wether I drop the cab back down, and hack the fenders or not. Also note the awesome lack of flex from the TTB springs with the solid axle installed... One of those things that I just didn't have time for swapping last summer.
With the 4 speed behind my pretty mild engine(750 Edelbrock, Performer RPM, straight up timing set, Summit el cheapo cam, headers and some port work) and the pizza cutters, the 4.10's are actually a really good combo, if it wasn't for the noisy bitch my trans is, I'd be running in high range most of the time. I'm sure with a C6 I'd be wanting for a bit more gear.
