I bought some spindles on ebay and after over a month I haven't received them. My money has already been received. Now the seller is not returning my emails and his phone number is disconnected.

One of my emails was answered about 2 weeks ago. It was from a Janet Salvo (an employee I assume) and she said Jason was in the hospital but the parts would be sent out by an employee. I've gotten nothing so far.

I dealt with this guy on ebay before also. I bought a 14 bolt open carrier from him. I got it no problems after about 2 weeks or so. It took him a while to return my emails but said he was out of town. Shortly after that he shipped it to me. Thats all the info I have about that guy.

I just forwarded this to a friend of mine who is a stand up guy in Portland. I'll let you know when I hear back from him, but it might not be until Monday

Report this to ebay and pay pal (or who ever you paid with) it is a federal crime and they take it very seriously. You will get your $$ or merchandise just search the ebay site for fraud advise.http://pages.ebay.com/help/community/insurance.html

I've never heard of that shop, but then again I don't get down that way often (and certainly not for shop type stuff).

I got hosed on the net before too and after many months of empty promises I filed a complaint with the Internet Fraud Division of the FBI and got my satisfication via the local sheriff ...

I would contact ebay, and if they cant help, I would contact the postal inspector.

DId you send a money order? Check? What?

Sounds liek fraud issue if they indeed did stiff you.
Contact the South Portland, adn Scarborough police about it too.

Like I said I can go check out those addresses and see if they guy is there and see whats up.

same thing ---just filed a written complaint because i waited over 2 months to complain , if you wait that long you can't do it on the net!! , a guy in wisconsin that i won the auction on e-bay for a t-case has my three hundred dollars and i have nothing have tryed to contact him and the phone and net service have been disconected , i have sold on e-bay also , and try to be understanding ,,but what the hell!!!

I am also here to help, I work in Portland and Bath and do not mind looking him up. Never heard of his "fabrication company" though, it's probably partly in his garage and partly in his mind. Maybe myself, Preach, MJ, Charly and some others can pay him a "visit" and see what's up. He probably just forgot though, Mainers are pretty forgetful...must be in the water.
