I am running an 86 305 TPI block from a camaro in my rig. I would like to replace it with a 350. Would the fuel injection, computer etc. work as is?

You will need to replace all the injectors for 350 injectore m
s and the knock sensor with the appropriate 350 sensor and the MAF sensor (if it is set up to run one ,that would be a large sensor \
between the air filter and the throttle body) you are good to go.

Some 305's have a different angle on the center 4 intake mani bolts ,that would need some modification to the mani ,but it would be minor.

The pcm will think it is running the same engine because the sensors are reporting the correct info ,so it is happy
