96 4.0 Disco

The original computer has some bad corrosion on the boards. It wont allow me to pull any codes and has started to run like crap. I think its about to give up the ghost so I want to have the new comp that I got from the rover guy synced.

Any recommendations on who I can send it to, or what something like this will cost?

What other parts need to be synced with the computer?

I suppose you could send both the alarm unit and the ECU to me and I could put it in Afi's truggy and make it work.

Anybody with a DEC, Rovacom, Autologic, or T4 can do it.

Before you tear things apart, put the new ECU in the truck and see if it won't run. About four in five will be plug-n-play.

Does it crank? Does the fuel pump run? Do you have spark?
