The first pic in post #5 is a row of them that I have in stock. I actually have several BRAND NEW ones for $150 ea!!! I think they actually measure 40" tall too. If you are serious, I'll get you a pic with a tape measure.

I just got some rims (12 bolt H1) and some tires (37) from 100dollarman. It was a long drive (130 miles) but totally worth it. He was very helpful and had a lot more stuff than I thought he did. (military trucks/trailers) He's also a nice guy. Thanks a lot man I'll hit you up when these go bald.:)

I have not had any problems-- but I try to sell only the best surplus tires that I can find- There are alot of tires out there that I would stay away from. But it is one of the risks you take with a old used tire. The XL is an older tread style so you have to check the condition of the tire and decide if you want to run it. There are newer style treads out now that have no problem.

As far as comparing- it depends on what size- the 12.50-20 are a little on the light side for a 40" tire- only 97 lbs ea.

I am out of new 36s.

I can get decent 36s on 8bolts for $150 each, and I have 37s on 12 bolts for $200 each.

(I am out of the 36s on 8 bolts, but if you let me know a day ahead I will have them for you--- just sold the last ones in the yard.)

Will the 37's on H1's fit on a CUCV with out recentering. Seems like too much backspace. If they will fit I might be in the market for some. Also how much for just wheel's not to pickcy about 8 or 12 bolt.

They will but you need to use a 2" spacer in the front to clear the calipers.

I have 2" alum 8 lug spacers in stock.

Hey Hundy... Do you usually have a pretty good stock of the 16.00xR20 XZLs? I am just wondering because I will be trying to come out your direction in the early part of the spring and I want to figure out if I need to bring my truck to pick up tires! Also do you have any special pricing for Pirate guys, different from your site, and is the tread pretty consistent on them (90-95%)??

I got an enclosed trailer to haul my tire loads now, so no more trailer load pics!!!:(

Here is the trailer that I am using now-- 24' x 8.5' triple axle. Plus I can put tires in the bed of the truck.

I am looking to get a set of 4 of these to go with the 53" Michelins. I am then going to re-center them myself. I seem to remember seeing a post in the past from you where you were having new centers made in the rockwell pattern that would bolt to the outer ring circle. What kind of method were you using for cutting the old centers out so the Rockwell hub can make it all the way out to the new mounting surface?? If you are employing a waterjet type of machine to cut the centers out; then is it possible to get a set of wheels from you with just the centers cut out?? Finally, if any of these options are possible, could you please give me pricing options for any of them that are viable???
