Pretty stupid question but living out in the middle of nowhere yields a few problems as in no where to get custom made ones and the only junkyard won't sell them, they come if you buy the axle. I got a Chevy D44 and Dodge D60 I need em for.

Danke!

You need to call and tell them exactly what you need. They can definately set you up though.

what is the inner diameter that you need? and what length? call around to a spring shop in your area. my local one just says to bring in and old one for the width measurement, then they make them on the spot while you wait. pretty good price too.

Don't know where your middle of nowhere is but out here amongst the corn we have tractor supply and farm stores that carry a good selection of quality u-bolts.

middle of where?
look in the yellow pages for spring mnfct.
Locally (Dentoni's area code 916) they're approx. $8 per bolt with nuts and washers - I'd bet they'd UPS anywhere too.

Yup Dentoni's Stockton shop made my 5/8 u-bolts and 1/2" thick plates in 2 hours!
