After blowing most of the day sourcing a non-existant bushing (for the steering box to panhard rod bracket), and a high pressure power steering line we set to work on the FrankenRover.
Todays accomplishments included the seat box, floors, rear bulkhead, and windshield on. Still trying to figure out the mounting brackets from the HiCap rear bulkhead to frame.
Anyway, here are the picts.

Damn Bill...I'd better get to work and post some pics! Ball's in my court now I see!
BTW, Mount those 38.5's soon and check for bulkhead clearance at full stuff/lock to lock. Also I'm sure you've thought of this, but before you actully bolt the wings on, make sure you provide provisions for the front cage tie-in pont on the outrigger too.
Looking f'in killer dude. Good work.

Here is another pict for tonite. KC, Ben and I did mostly interior work today putting the dash on, steering column, seats, etc. KC fabricated some rear crossmember braces to hold the HiCap rear bulkhead in place. He had to make two beefy mounts on each side to hold up my fat ass.
Later,

ps. Tomorrow will see the front clip and doors go on, along with some custom mounts for the radiator and such.

hey doug those tires are not really 38.5 they are more like 37.4 something. They aren't even close to the bulkhead. They are probably closer to 36.8 or something and they are really skinny like 11 or so even on 10 inch rims. So they are going to clear the wings easily. Today the wings and radiator/inter-cooler. But they are big and this truck is going to be huge. Something like 23" under the frame rails. Going to be real nice.
