Aaron C. Campbell of LaFollette, TN has recently been appointed the position of Director of Event Media Communications for W.E.ROCK Events, LLC. The Placerville, CA based firm sanctions various off road motor sports events, across the United States and internationally.
Campbell is a 2004 graduate of Campbell County High School, and a 2008 Graduate of Tennessee Technology Center Jacksboro. Campbell began hisprofessional media career at the age of 16, as a writer at the LaFollette (Tennessee) Press, where he began covering rock crawl events in 2002. Campbell covered multiple rock crawling events for numerous newspapers
and websites before becoming feature photojournalist with Low-Range Magazine in 2005. Campbell started his own media consulting firm, American Crawler Media, in 2007. Besides photojournalism; Campbell, is known as a radio personality working at WKXV-AM Radio in Knoxville from 2006-2008 and WYSH-AM/WMYL-FM from 2007-2009. Campbell was also host of the Red Bull Air Race Report for the Aviation Radio Network, and co-host of The Week In Aviation on the Aviation Radio Network.
"I am thrilled with the opportunity to bring the fans a new look at the sport of rock crawling. There are great stories waiting to be told from these wonderful events, and it is my honor to have the chance to help bring the stories to life." said Campbell.
Campbell’s duties at W.E.ROCK will include developing an online weekly radio show, online live event coverage, event result distribution and overseeing team brand awareness among W.E.ROCK’s off road enthusiast spectator base.
