Anyone who's running this tire, what size rim would you recomend? I am running an 8" wide rim on my 33x12.5 swampers and like the way they sit. I know the Q's are ~10" wide and Interco recomends this tire size: 6.5x15-8J - anyone know what the 8J means????
(Trail only rig, mostly muddy/dusty rocks)
Thanks!
Archie

Hey Archie -
I thought they were closer to 11.0 wide. I'd run them on the 15x8 and be done with it.

just find a set of stock Ford truck wheels, I am sure they are in the 6" range (if you really don't want to run them on your 8's)

I ran them on a 8 inch rim.. They measured 11.5 in width. I would probably run them on a 7 or like Charly said a 6 inch wheel. RK

I run my Qr78x16 on factory Ford rims they are 7" wide if I remember correctly
how tall are the qr78's when mounted? I'm wanting a tire to run for a spare with 36's.
