Hey guys,
Who makes utility ATV and side by side with manual trans. Meaning, no “clutchless” stuff, just simple old school manual trans? We are looking for two units to buy asap.

I don't think any of them do. Too many moving parts, more weight, higher cost.

RZR doesn't have it.
Mule doesn't have it.
Rhino doesn't have it.
Ranger (even the heavy duty one) doesn't have it.
Prowler doesn't have it....even the 1000cc.
Honda MUV is the only one without CVT. But it's even MORE complicated...it's an automatic 3 speed with torque converter.

Personally...I'd rather replace a $75 belt, than fix an automatic tranny.

Used to have a Cushman that was a three speed manual that you shifted with your left hand. Had a hydraulic dump bed and an air cooled motor.

looked like this except mine had 4 wheels, not 3

I wonder which one would do better on those hilly greens.......

couldn`t agree more on the old school tranny, especially when going down a hill...........I had one start freewheeling on me going down a steep hill at Johnson Valley a few years back, no fun at all..

In my opinion ( just mine)these automatics totally sucks going downhill and while breaking…there is no way I’m purchasing automatics. If nothing works out, old Jeeps with 5 speed manual trans are on the menu.

Two years ago when I was looking at quads the Arctic Cat 500 was available with a manual transmission. Don't know if they still are.

You could build a kick ass Suzuki Samurai or Jeep...for the price of a UTV.
