it must be because he's "local". down here in the lower 48 we still use horse and buggy so that explains the extra 5 to6 month's shipping time.:flipoff2:

Local or not, this thing was boxed up and ready to be shipped. What I find really helped is actually including a phone number, return address and a confirmation of what work you want.

Here you bastich's go. :flipoff2:

I think in this case i would step up to using the whole yota tranny and use a ringer

x2 better trans to start with lower 1st gear, celica clutch disk is stronger than any thing zuk, and you will have dub options that are easy to do. like dub toy boxes, or you could go with a D300 and get front dig! that is if you can find one!

i have had my kick2 in daily use for about 6 months now, and like it very much. i did have an issue 2 weeks ago, one that could have ruined it. the bolts holding the adapter plate to the yota case backed out from vibes. i noticed an increase in drivetrain vibration and soon had the yota case pop out of gear. i found a safe spot to pull off the highway and started looking things over. i immmediately noticed a 1/2" gap between the plates. a temporary solution to prevent further seperation was implemented since access to the bolts only comes after removal of the yota case/ seperation of the 2 plates. i was able to coast down the mountain into town with both boxes in neutral most of the way, i took it slow to keep from losing the oil from the cases. some was lost but no damage occured. i do take solace in the fact that royal purple is outstanding lube. the offending bolts are now secured with a small amount of 5 min. epoxy on the threads. i will deal with that with heat if i ever need to rebuild the yota case. another word of caution: the splines on the ott adapter sleeve are tight and the splines on the aftermarket yota gears a little large. it seems that both manufacturers may be compensating for worn drive train. at any rate it made the coupling of the two a little more involved than anticipated. enjoy:D
