: Portable Welder

At Sierra Trek this guy had a portable wire feed welder, It was all self contained and was in a gray case. He said that it worked great and was not that expensive. Does anyone know the brand name or web site for this unit?

You can find them cheaper if you shop around. But that is a good product for the trail rig. <IMG SRC="smilies/usa.gif" border="0">

one of those too, the only 2 "good" portable migs i hav heard about at the harbor freight one and the ready welder, but i have seen the ready welder work and DAmn its sweet

Ready welders kick ass!
A guy in our club (red dog) has one. two optima Deep cycle's go a long way too. they weld so nice he uses in the garage too.
