SK Tools out of Business?

I'm not sure how accurate this is, According to the owner of my Carquest SK tools was taken over by their bank today and is no longer in business. Anyone else hear something like this?

He got the news when he called up sk to get the tracking number on a socket I had ordered.

i dont own any SK stuff but if i ever bought any thing better than craftsman it would be SK.
