Anyone out there care to provide feedback on Spidertrax's fabrication work and commitments. I am thinking of having some work done and wanted to know how 'first hand' experiences have been. Curious to see how they rank on workmanship quality, delivery schedule and overall customer service.

Any experiences?

I've only bought brakelines from them thus far. They seem to know their shite. I can't speak much for their Fab work though.

Spidertrax is one of the best. They are VERY knowledgable, and do some of the best design and fabrication work I've seen. They also stand behind their products. If you have any questions, they will talk to you all day long, investigate things for you, and call you back promptly and reliably. Eddie spent an hour on the phone with me this week talking about power steering issues I was having. He helped me a lot and didn't have to "waste" his time. Their customer service cannot be beat. Sidekick and Sami give them two thumbs up :flipoff2: (those are thumbs :D )

Top quality workmanship, and excellent customer service. I needed some fab work done on my Toyota, I contacted Avalanche Engineering about doing the work (they are only 4 miles from me), but they didn't seem interested in helping me, so I called Spidertrax. They always returned calls, and even came in on a Saturday to finish the job, on time.

I've order a few fab work from them all were perfectly done. But what I found to be the best is that unlike most of the other fab and susuki parts companys, if they have it, it will be at your door when they say it will. If they dont, like what was said they will stay late or do it when they are closed to get it to you. Yes they are a little more pricey. But I rather pay alittle more then have what to deal wilth other companies saying it will be shipped and find out two weeks later they still havn't even made it yet.

They're scheduled pretty tight right now, but I should be getting my Kick in there this week, or next week for some fab work. They are top notch!

Well that seem's to be "normal" pricing for Samurai's. And I'm nobody to say who's is Good..

Tin Bender and I have a small shop, we do fabrication work for all types of stuff. For the most part it's motor sports, and some industrial here and there.
