its a 59 dodge body on the chassis of an international
it has a 345, i was told a T35 or 36(still havent cleared that up yet) and a divorced 202 xfer case
it has some dry, cracked 36x12.50 trail buster a/ts on a 16.5" wheel soon to be replaced with 36x12.50 TSLs
it is SOA but the springs are flat and the shocks are shot
its got some bondo and some rust but i will get rid of the rust and use fiberglass to repair what needs it
i am going to paint it charcoal w/ silver grill inserts and headlight buckets

i talked about it earlier this week and i said it had to tierods
i was wrong
it has an arm on top and bottom of each knuckle
on the top arm on the pass. side there is a hydraulic assist ram about 14" long and on the other side is the steering gearbox with pitman arm
on the bottom arms there is a tierod
that is the one that keeps the wheels aligned, right?
its huge :D
it is just barely too tall to park in my garage
and when i replace the springs and shocks, it wont even come close

does anyone know where i can get some good springs that will fit it?
what about fender flares?
i know its a dodge body but someone might know

ill take some pics as soon as i can borrow a digital camera

International what? It's kind of hard to tell you anything without knowing what you have. A picture would help alot.

Many truck springs are designed to be flat, yours may be OK?

the guy told me it was the drivetrain of an international travelall
i dont think the truck is as long as the travelall but the frame looks like its the original one
it has the international motor mounts and nothing looks swapped and the rear looks to be unmodified
it has a 110" wheel base and the axles are 74" wide
it has a hydraulic clutch too
i think it is a 1000 series
i have a salvage title on the international travelall
it is a 67 model
i have the serial # if that will help identify it
it is:
783207H713334

i dont think the springs are supposed to be flat because there is NO flex in the suspension and there is very little space between the frame and the top of the main leaf at the shackle in the front
are the shackles on the front leaf supposed to angle up towards the front of the truck or towards the cab

sorry for the cheap illustration but i dont have a digital camera
this is how my suspension looks
spr.hngr./leaf/shackle
<-front[]_________\\ rear->

and the shocks are toast

how do you adjust a hydraulic clutch?
