White. Lots of lights. 31's, Small block with AA (crappy) headers. No PS, no disk brakes. Ugly ass seats. But fairly complete. 4K is a bit much. I'd say 2000 would be a good deal... maybe 3000 if it really drives nice (cause it ain't much to look at).
