Any one have one ?
How is it ?
Looking at the Fabricator 281 any idea on this?

For some reason they don`t seem real popular in this part of the country.

Like anything if your buying new you at least have a warranty if if blows up.

Do you see them for sale at the welding shops or just here and there?

I am in All the welding Distributors within a 150 mile radius of Allentown Pa on a weekly basis

For the last 4 years and Have seen but one new Thermal Arc machine for what ever reason they just are not popular.

I have seen a few of the engine drive ones that were nothing but problems There are very few that come into the shop for repair just because there are not that many in service in this area.

Thermal Arc does not have replacement parts for units older than three years, BEWARE.

X2 on the BEWARE.

I've never used one of their shop models, but their motor driven units are junk.
They have a terrible arc, when and if they actually work at all.
