Does anyone know (For arizona phoenix area) If a historic vehicle such as my 1979 stepside have to pass emissions tests if it has historic plates?
Basically I am worried about the truck being able to pass emissions and have heard in the past that a historic vehicle does not have to, or the rules are less strict. Ty in advance.
