Any of you gurus know if using 110 calipers on a Disco(They do fit) which master cylinder would work best. I am thinking a D-90 master cylinder. If so any alterations needed and will the Disco vacuum boost fit in the scheme? Any input appreciated as I want to do something with these 110 calipers laying at my feet.

John,

There is no advantage to a D90 or D110 MC on a disco. Depending on which 110 calipers you have (either single line or dual line) will depend on what MC you need. Single line you can just run what you have. Dual line would require some (all) repiping and a MC set up for dual lines (87-89 RR). If your MC is original I would consider replacing it. It made a world of difference on Alyssa's truck. Also check vacuum lines to the booster.

Oldscout, the disco Brembo rotors are crap. The only thing brembo about them is the box.

Okay, newbie first-timer here, hopefully this info is helpful:

Autoland 4x4 service in the UK has a kit that modifies the Disco front calipers so that you can use the wider RRC vented rotor (kit includes spacers, seals, bolts, etc). The kit costs about $120 including shipping to the CONUS.
The only catch is that I do not know if the RRC pads fit the Disco calipers...and you need the longer pad retaining pins from the RRC kit to span the modified, widened calipers.
Obviously, this does not change the rotor diameter, but vented rotors are a step up from what the Disco came equiped with. It doesn't make use of your 110 calipers, but less work than MC conversion + ???, and you can make a few $$$ of E-Bay.
