I just got my first very close look at an MB-trac and I was curious if anyone knows much about them here?

The one I was looking at had disk brake model 416 axles but the front steering had 2 assist cylinders mounted behind the axle tube but nearly centered on the axle. The cylinders both mounted to the torque tube/pinion. It was actually a really nice set-up. I will try to get pics if I can.

I did however manage to get a full copy of the manuals for the front and rear axles from the techs that repair the truck but they knew little about it. I bonus of the manuals is they cover many models from the 406 upto current axle series with step by step instructions in both German and English. I am trying to get the pages scanned to a PDF file to share with everyone.

I will probally be taking it for a drive here soon. Looking forward to it. Hopefully I will be able to get some pictures of it then.
