I don't know what this is: the brakes are practically nonexistent - soft, soft SOFT pedal, and all of the brakes (front disk, rear drum) are adjusted properly. This is after bleeding the whole system twice and being very careful not to let the MC run anywhere near dry.
The pedal is VERY soft, pumping does nothing, and the pedal slowly sinks if you hold it down. Your thoughts?

That's what I figured... when the pedal sinks that's what it usuallyis, right?

This is you main clue. Slow bleed is bad Master Cylinder seals.
Change it out.

Clamp of your rubber lines and try it. That will isolate the master. If it is still soft, its a bad master. If you get good pedal, remove the clamps one at a time and try again. When it goes soft, you have at least narrowed it down to the fronts or the rear.

I would not suggest this... not a good idea could damage the lines but its your truck not mine.... If you fluid level is not low and its been like this for any time then its not at your wheels... only when the master Cylinder seals are leaking will the level stay the same because it just leaks back into the resivor most of the time that is
