Input gear configuration for a GM 203 will be like one of these http://www.offroaddesign.com/NP205tech.htm 205 gears; most likely the TH350 version. Dodge 203 will be 23 spline. ;)

The truck that has a "Dodge" emblem on it has the Dodge 203, and the truck that has the "Chevy" emblem on it has the Chevy 203 in it. :flipoff2:

Dodges will have straps for the U-Joints on the rear fixed yoke.. Chevy's usually use U-bolts for the U-joints(not sure if the chevy 203 has a fixed yoke or if it has a rear slip yoke)

Chevy 203 uses a fixed rear output with U Bolts on the joint.

The front output has a Spicer yoke before about 1977, and after that it has a Saginaw flange

You can't always trust those emblems either. Today at the boneyard I cruised past a late 70's Ford tow truck being scrapped and thought the engine looked weird. As I walked around the side there was a transfr case shift lever poking out. I did a double take and it had the ford twin I been setup sitting low. Time to crawl underneath, Thing had a turbo 350 and a Chev 205 with the front output just doing nothing. People do some weird shit.
