FYI for all those travailing up 50 to the Cleanup Saturday Morning.

From Caltrans:

US 50
[IN THE SACRAMENTO VALLEY & THE LAKE TAHOE BASIN] WILL BE CLOSED INTERMITTENTLY FROM 0.5 MI WEST OF LATROBE RD TO LATROBE RD /IN EL DORADO HILLS/ (EL DORADO CO) FROM 0600 HRS TO 0800 HRS ON 10/6/01 - DUE TO CONSTRUCTION - A DETOUR IS AVAILABLE

A decent detour may be White Rock Rd to Latrobe and back on 50 East of the closure

Well, I will be coming out at Latrobe Rd/ El Do hills so I should just barely miss it.

I think the EDH Blvd / Latrobe road ramps are closed.

I saw the sign but didn't think much about it cuz I planned to be up there today <IMG SRC="smilies/frown.gif" border="0">

Well, I can either go up 80 and take 49 to Pville or take Green Valley road to Shingle Springs Doesnt CalTrans uderstand that this is the weekend of the clean up!?!?!? <IMG SRC="smilies/frown.gif" border="0">

If your coming from C-heights, Folsom Dam road is closed at night from *I think * 8PM till 6 AM.

I'd take green valley and just stay on it until you get to Missouri Flat.

The Damm rd doesn't open until 6:00am???
I'm going up Green Valley also.
