ChiefSlapaHo 08-26-2002, 11:53 AM I ran across a 74 Scout that is a half cab removable top. Kind of like a Jeep Scrambler with a pickup bed. Make sense? Anyways, it has an inline 6 with a (I believe) 3 speed. It's not in all that bad of shape but my question is this. How many like this were made? The man say's that it's an odd ball and rare. Old Scout 08-26-2002, 12:00 PM Looks like I bought the same truck! 72 half cab, amc 258, T-19 2wd. It's not that rare, but the top/bulkhead is worth 300/400. I don't know how many were built ,but my local mosquito abatement has a whole fleet of 4x4 half cabs with a 300 gallon sprayer in the bed. I paid 300.00 for the whole rust free truck.
