I know where a unmolested one is in a wrecking yard with disk brakes. I am wondering if it is one I want. what is the spline count, width, and bearing size?
Thanks
And yes I did a search! <IMG SRC="smilies/thefinger.gif" border="0">

any idea on how wide the housing is? I'm not worried about the spline count as much as ability to bolt it in easily. I have a waggy 44 that is about 62" and would like it to be close.

year makes all the difference. If leaf sprung, i think it will be close to 58"? wide. coil sprung are wider.

what are you going to do about the 4lug pattern?
Cut the ends off and stick em on a 60 with moser shafts.. Dats what I did, wallah - 6 lug 35 spline..

Hey B,
Is the full size lincoln a four lug? If so where did you get the rotors from a wagoneer front?

I have never seen a lincoln with 4 lug wheels. It should have 5 X 4 1/4.

either way not 6..
I redrilled the rear for 6 with moser shafts to match the 6 lug front
