: Dana 30 CV shafts

A freind of mine told me that the CV joints on quadra-trac ZJ dana 30 shafts are stronger than the 297 u-joints I have right now. Is there any truth to this?

That was a worthless comment....



Keep your 297X joints, CV ball joints suck...the boots are a hassle...

I have done no strength comparison test to prove it either way.

the shafts have a big time neck down just before the CV as well
