Can anyone tell my dumb ass how the BK1 kit goes with the spindle. It has the spindle bearing, large washer, large seal, small seal and a nylon washer. I just need to know which direction the seals and the nylon washer goes. I've looked and I can't find any info. Thanks

Did you consult the Dana 60 bible under tech? It has an exploded diagram.

But it goes like this:

The large rubber seal goes around the axle shaft. The nylon spacer/seal goes on the axle shaft as well. Both should fit snug up against the axle shaft flange.

The bearing goes into the spindle. The little seal goes in AFTER the bearing is installed. Not before. I made that mistake....lol

Other than that, its pretty straight forward.
