Normal I would post this sort of question here but the fawks at the other site seem only instrested in what size tire they can fit on a stock heep and other bullshit so here it is. I have cateracts(sp?) pretty bad so my night vision isn't all that great and the stock headlights are lacking IMO. I am looking to upgrade and wondering which would be better. Going with the IPF upgrade and bulbs or the new Silverstars which are suppost to be very close to HID's? I'm also going to add the better wiring kit for which ever set I get.

You use headlights? I run my rocklights only most of the time for courtesy of my club guys I am pointing at ;)

I'm not even familiar with what you're saying. Most of us here are struggling with a faulty dimmer switch that makes night wheeling more fun when the lights go out.

Dimmer switch ?????? wait I remember that...its that thing that has never worked. now that you mention it, the only dash light that does work, is the high beam indicator... and I need that to tell if I have inadvertently left the high beams on..Right..ahh
high beams....I'll look in the manual and get back to ya...high beams ? more light! na must be something else.

I can easily fit my 38.50 SX's on a stock Jeep.
The easiest approach is to drive up the hood from the front bumper,...but you can also power up the backside onto the rollbar, if you are geared well and your tires are aired down propperly.
As for the lights, I have to agree that rock lights are the only lights worth a damn on the trail.
And if you can read this, what with your cataracts and all,.. your, welcome.:flipoff2:

Yep its what I figured......oh well I need the laugh. :flipoff2: :flipoff2: thanks you fawkers.
As for my rig it doesn't seem much trails...if the heep even gets pointed at a good trail it starts breaking stuff. Maybe some day.

I fixed my check engine light by putting electrical tape over it. THat seems pretty good for night wheeling.
