Its aluminum and doesn't hold heat too bad so maybe this will help keep away the heat even more? 66CJdean 08-26-2002, 06:10 PM It wouldn't hurt I would think. Can you wrap the exhaust with the header wrap stuff or is it to tight? I use the header wrap stuff on my headers and that really helps keep the temp down in the engin bay. Weasel 08-26-2002, 10:02 PM The wrap is suppost to work but will disigrate(sp?) the header pipe over time due to the high heat directly on the pipe. Or that's what I have heard. | |
