I need some 16" wheels with that backspacing, but there are no vendors that have them. Are there any that come stock on a truck that I can get from a boneyard?

I doubt anything came with a shallow spacing like that
why do you want rims to stick out that far?

Try "wheelenvizio.com", look for a "Pacer #342b" they are orderable with
virtually any backspace. ( website will direct you to dealer )
or you can pm me your contact info. will need desired width & bolt pattern.
( I run a tire & auto shop in Sacto. Ca. )

yep, just order up whatever BS you'd like.
u going steel, or AL? if steel, and planning on weld-on beadlocks in the future. be aware, a 3" or less BS wheel, will be a reversed center. you cant do weld-on BL.
my 10's are 3" BS(i think) they are NOT reversed center, and i was able to weld-on locks.
my 8's in 3" WERE reversed. couldnt do locks, BUT, having the drop center on the inside, helps to keep the outer bead on, at lower pressures.
