My dad just told me he broke off the drivers side rear body mount bolt.
is there any access to the bolt from the top side of the body? I'd like to hit it with some PB blaster before I go and break the other one off.

I'm going to assume you are talking about a jeep since this is a jeep forum.

Nope, and when it breaks you have to cut yourself a little mouse hole to get to the nut plate.

Either use a plasma cutter (easy way) or a cutoff wheel and make a mousehole. Fold down the metal and remove the nut plate. Either replace the nut plate or just use a washer and nut. I drilled out the old nut plate and welded a new nut to it.
