I have a NV4500 mated to a Dana 300 transfer case...The transmission fluid leaks into the tranny... Any ideas on how this happens and possible solutions on how to fix. The leak is not obvious.

a 5 dollar seal and a hour will fix ur problem..

Fix the seals soon as possible. The NV4500 as you know takes a special fluid. YOu do not want to ruin it do you.

removing the tranny today...replacing the output seal of the tranny and input seal of the 300
