Tin Bender and I had the chance to do a little Body work on the Zuk and I think it looks good not to mention we had fun. This one actully rang my bell, and took some of the stank out of me.:)

Nice work. Looks like the last bit of sheet metal's days are numbered. :D

Where was that fancy front bumper of yours when you needed it? :flipoff2:

I also feel good that we build awsome products that can take the hits. The cage is constructed out of 2"x.120 wall HREW tube.

A customer made me an offer that I couldn't refuse, he is the proud owner of a cage, rock sliders, front bumber, and a rear bumper.:D

I was wondering about the front bumper too. Time to lose the front clip and make it match the rear.

Would you believe a few miles from my house, just went to do a little night run and get some seat time before calrocs. The line was fat though, maybe to fat. The Zuk went over backwards, stood on the rear bumper and then fell to the right and kept rolling! It tossed me around like a rag doll.

We had plans for the front, I didn't plan to go out in a blaze though. The new front should be trick.

What better way to do it though, I'm already planning my four seat tube buggy for when it happens to me. It'll probably be on a similar "fun" night run.

IMHO I am lucky that my cage and rig are constructed out of 2"x.120, I don't think that 1.5" would cut it for me. I don't think your cage is where you want to save weight or cost.:)

A little bit off-topic, but has the location of the Calrocs on Sept 28-29 been set? I'm going to try and make it there to watch. My brothers may also be coming to check out the action.

If I make it, I'll have to hook up and check things out.

It will be at Donner Ski Ranch, the same site as Carnage for the Con, but with different courses.

We hope to be ready for Calrocs, but the new gearing is the real project. The tube and the sheet metal should be easy...:D

We have some cool ideas about the stuff going into the Zuk, if all go right it should work and look really good...:)

You might want to consider putting 5 point seat belt harnesses in that thing if you plan on wheeling it like that :D

Can't wait to see your guys front clip, i know it will be some good stuff.
